What do high performers do that others do not?
Coach Jeff has studied high performers for many years and has narrowed his research to 3 habits and 30 signature strengths that they have in common. Practices like curiosity, intrinsic motivation, helping others, initiating change and, of course, health and wellness, are all examples.
These examples will be outlined in Coach Jeff’s new workshop, The Ultimate High Performer. An introductory class will be held August 27th where he will begin to overview the 3 habits and 30 signature strengths of some of the most well known high performers of all time. The class will continue to meet the last Tuesday of every month.
Coach Jeff Ravenscroft offers his services free of charge to any church member (and family) who are struggling to overcome the challenges of living a healthier lifestyle. Coach Jeff’s class has been so well received, we’ve made it one of our “Impact Connect Groups.” It meets monthly on the last Tuesday, 7pm at the Bridge.
