SAFETY

Your child’s safety and well-being is our number one priority. Rest assured that all our volunteers have been screened, trained and background checked. After check-in, you will drop off your child in the room designated by their age/developmental stage and go enjoy the service!

FUN

We believe in reaching kids right where they are. We strive to create an atmosphere filled with fun and laughter in a bright, colorful environment. Your children will enjoy age-appropriate games and activities combined with relevant teaching at their level.

WORSHIP

Our heart for children compels us to help them experience the presence of God as they learn more about their Creator and how much He loves them. We believe Jesus will meet His little ones on their level.

TEACHING

Kids should not grow up thinking the Bible is boring. We work hard to make sure God’s Word is taught in a creative way without compromising His Truth.

Parents, in order to better minister and care for your child, we ask that you please send your child in a pull-up if he/she is potty training but is not yet potty-trained.

A potty-trained child will tell a worker if they need to go to the restroom.
We will still assist you in the potty training process by taking your child to the bathroom when he/she needs to go.

As you know, accidents do happen. However, our goal is to provide the best possible care for your child and that includes maintaining a clean and sanitary room.

Thank you for your help, The Bridge Children’s Ministry

The Bridge commits itself to providing a safe place for its children.

Close physical interaction among the children is unavoidable, and germs are easily spread. The following guidelines, established by a group of pediatricians, are designed to keep exposure to a minimum.

Children will not be allowed in the children’s classes with any of the following :

  • A temperature of 100 degrees or higher in the last 24 hours (even if your child is fever free with Tylenol – your child must be fever free without medications for 24 hours)
  • Has vomited or had severe diarrhea within the last 24 hours
  • A continuous or new onset runny nose with green or yellow mucus (clear runny noses are alright)
  • Sore throat
  • Rashes
  • Consistent cough
  • Eye infections
  • Has been exposed to childhood diseases, such as chicken pox, measles, strep throat, or roseola
  • Head lice (child should be free of all nits)
  • Treatment with antibiotics should be greater than 24 hours
